Ich bin selbst Jugendliche und eigentlich im oberem bereich der normalgewichtigen.Das problem ist nur dass ich mich zu dick fühle. Ich würde einfach nur ein bisschen abnehmen wollen.Aber das geht sehr schlecht, weil ich bei meiner mutter wohne.Sie arbeitet Vormittags und kommt um die selbe uhrzeit wie ich nach hause.Dann kocht sie.Sie kocht eigentlich nur sachen die ich auch mag.Aber sie hält nichts vom abnehmen(zumindest nicht bei mir)Und deswegen kann ich schlecht sagen dass ich vielleicht leichtere Kost zumir nehmen möchte.Wenn ich nichts essen(zB abends will sie das nicht.Auch wenn ich keinen hunger habe muss ich was essen) sieht sie das nicht ein. Ich kaufe mir keine bücher weil ich das vor meiner mutter geheim halten müsste.
Mich hat auf keiner seite jemand mal danach gefragt.Das finde ich echt nett.Weil niemand denkt wirklich an die Jugend.

es ist schon ein Problem mit den Eltern, vor allem, wenn sie es eigentlich (zu)gut meinen. Da hilft nur permanentes Arbeiten. Manchmal muss man aber etwas kreativ sein, z. B.: Ich habe heute nicht so großen Hunger und man isst dann auch etwas weniger (Disziplin vorausgesetzt). Oder: Ich hätte mal Appetit auf einen richtig schönen Salat. Ein anderes Mittel ist Sport. Wann Du sagst, Du möchtest am Abend Sport machen und kannst deshalb nicht so viel essen. Wenn Du das dann 2 bis 3 mal die Woche machst, schlägst Du 2 Fliegen mit einer Klappe: Du bewegst Dich und die Menge an Essen wird reduziert.
